Does anyone have the Fisher Price Rainforest bouncer seat? I am having trouble with the frog going off track?

The little frog that goes up and down keeps coming off the track and making this horrible clicking noise!! It doesn’t seem to bother my daughter, but it sure drives me crazy! Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do you fix it? Thanks!!

Ive only used it about 5 times and my baby hates it. I feel like the bar where everything is is too low and its so hard to pick him him.
I also bought the jumper which isnt opened since my baby is only 4 weeks. How is the jumper? should i even bother keeping it [...]
